Moda Mix Review and Why I have a Love/Hate relationship with Swimwear
Finding the perfect bikini is like searching for the Holy Grail—except instead of a legendary artifact, we’re talking about a piece of swimwear that makes you feel sexy without pinching, pulling, or making you want to sprint back to the cover of your beach towel.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been on this epic quest, fussing and fighting with ill-fitting bottoms and tops that seem determined to test the laws of gravity. So, when a friend recommended Moda Minx, it felt like I’d found a hidden treasure.

Frankly, most of the bikinis I’ve tried on over the years are so damn small, I might as well not be wearing anything at all… while I love to be in bare skin as much as possible most of the time, on a public beach, I simply don’t (maybe a nude beach, but that’s a whole different post).
It’s not just about how it looks, though that’s important—I’m all for feeling like a beach goddess. But if a bikini’s going to dig into my skin or require constant readjusting, it’s a hard pass. I need something that I can actually wear for more than five minutes without wanting to scream.

The first thing I noticed when I tried on the first swimsuit was how good it felt. Like, really good. The fabric is soft and stretchy in all the right ways, but it’s also got this sturdy, well-made vibe that you don’t find in every bikini.
I’ve been burned before by bikinis that couldn’t hold up (literally), so finding a brand that takes quality seriously was a pleasant surprise. The Fit: Finally, a Bikini That Gets Me - Almost
Moda Minx seems to have cracked the code on how to make swimwear that actually fits and is so unique; you will absolutely get compliments nonstop!
My only complaint is that their pieces do go out of stock - fast. And the bottoms that seem to always be left are the scrunchy-booty designs. If you watched the video, I’m sure you can see my absolute disdain for ruched back-side bikini bottoms.
