I am so late on posting this, but I'm playing catch up on a TON of projects!
This design started out as a nod to Elsa, but I wanted to give the outfit more flare and creative expression that brought in the fantasy styles of the ACOTAR series that I fell in love with. I had no real idea how this would eventually turn out, but I love the results! It's actually far easier to make! I'm also listing all the tools and materials I used for this in case you want to try your hand at creating something like this too!
